How we hire

We're not actively running a formal hiring round. We do have space for a small number of high-leverage hires — engineers who can take a feature from "let's talk about this" to "it's shipped to prod with audit logs and tests" without three Slack threads.

Who we're keeping eyes open for

Senior product engineer (Flutter or full-stack) — comfortable working across Riverpod, Convex, and the occasional Stripe webhook. Bonus: opinions about realtime sync patterns.
Trust & Safety operator — moderation experience at a consumer social app, calm under pressure, fluent in 2+ European languages.
Brand & growth designer — owns the visual language across web, in-app, push, and email. Loves the Linear / Stripe / Raycast school of design more than Material 3.

Async-first — written specs, recorded looms, 2 meetings / week max.
Ship fast, audit later — but we DO audit (security review every quarter).
