1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into contracts where you live.
• You must not be banned from a previous SKILLFLIRT account.
• You may only have one personal account at a time.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at security@skillflirt.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We're not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Post sexual content involving minors. Reports go straight to NCMEC.
• Use the service for prostitution, escorting, or commercial solicitation.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the service without written permission.
• Attempt to compromise the platform's security or integrity.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.

Violations get your account suspended or banned at our discretion. Serious violations are reported to law enforcement.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of content you post (profile photos, quizzes, messages, comments). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and adapt that content for the purpose of operating SKILLFLIRT. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except where:

• Other users have copied or shared it (out of our control)
• We're legally required to retain backups (up to 30 days)

6. Premium subscriptions

Pricing: €5.99/month or €39.99/year. Includes a 7-day free trial; we don't charge until day 8.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Settings → Manage subscription or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the trial and using Premium features, you explicitly request immediate service and acknowledge that the withdrawal right ends once we've fully delivered the benefit. Outside the EU statutory window, refunds are at our discretion and typically pro-rated.

Tax: displayed prices exclude applicable VAT / sales tax, which Stripe calculates at checkout based on your billing address.

7. Virtual currency (coins)

Coins are an in-game currency with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or refunded individually. If we refund a coin-bundle payment, the corresponding coins are removed from your balance (clamped at 0). Unused coins are forfeited if your account is deleted or banned.

8. Intellectual property

The SKILLFLIRT name, logo, app design, source code, and quiz template structure are owned by SkillFlirt AB. Don't reproduce, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

9. Termination

Either side can terminate this agreement any time. You: by deleting your account in Settings. Us: with cause, immediately; without cause, with 30 days' notice. Termination doesn't relieve either side of obligations accrued before the termination date.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

SKILLFLIRT is provided "as is". We don't warrant uninterrupted service, matches that lead to relationships, or quiz outcomes that result in employment. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Stockholm, Sweden. EU consumers retain access to the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

12. Changes

We'll email you and post an in-app banner at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continuing to use SKILLFLIRT after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
