About the app

What's the difference between SKILLFLIRT and other dating apps?
We're not a swipe-on-selfies app. Match decks are sorted by what you both know — quizzes, study paths, daily challenges. The first message is usually about a question you both got wrong, not "hey".
Is it free?
Yes. The core experience — quizzes, matches, chat, daily challenges — is free. Premium adds unlimited swipes, a verified badge, profile boosts, early tournament registration, and a few other perks. €5.99/mo with a 7-day free trial.
What's the age requirement?
18+. We strictly remove underage accounts when found and report predatory behaviour to NCMEC.
Which countries is it available in?
Global. Pricing is in EUR for European users; Stripe converts to your local currency at checkout based on your card.

Account & profile

How do I delete my account?
App → Settings → Delete account. Cascades across 30+ tables (matches, messages, sessions, push tokens, Stripe customer link) within a few seconds, fully GDPR-compliant.
Can I download my data?
Yes — App → Settings → Export my data. Returns a JSON file with every record we hold about you across 18 tables. Limited to 3 exports per day per account.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We'll email a 15-minute reset link. The link is single-use; once you've reset, all existing sessions are invalidated and you'll need to sign in fresh on every device.
How do I change my email?
App → Settings → Change email. Requires your current password for verification.

Premium & payments

What does Premium unlock?
Unlimited match swipes (free is capped per day), higher daily Super Like quota, profile boost feature, verified badge in your match deck, early tournament registration, premium-only quiz categories, and bigger live-room hosting capacity.
How do I cancel?
App → Settings → Manage subscription → opens the Stripe-hosted self-service portal. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
When am I charged for the trial?
The 7-day trial is free. Stripe collects your card but doesn't charge until day 8. If you cancel before then, you're never charged.
How do I get a refund?
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal — email hello@skillflirt.com and we'll refund. Outside the EU, refunds are at our discretion. For coin bundles, refunds clawback the corresponding coins from your balance.
Can I buy coins with a card?
Yes — Shop → "Buy Coins" → tap a pack → Stripe Checkout opens. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit (EU) all accepted.
Do coins expire or transfer?
Coins don't expire while your account is active. They can't be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash. They're forfeited if your account is deleted.

Privacy & safety

Who sees my profile?
Other SKILLFLIRT users in your match deck, plus anyone you choose to chat with. You can block users in their profile menu. Blocked users can't see you appear in their deck or message you.
Do you sell my data?
No. Revenue comes from Premium subscriptions and coin bundles. We don't sell data to advertisers, brokers, or insurance companies. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do I report someone?
Tap the ⋮ menu on their profile or chat → Report. Moderation reviews within 24 hours. For urgent threats, email safety@skillflirt.com directly.
